You will have to do each job several times before mastering it because every job has a mastery level. For mastering a job your reward is 1 skill point for you to utilize. After all of the jobs are mastered in a specified tab you are going to be rewarded with a new title and within that tab you jump up to the next level of mastery. At this point, you can move on to the next tab or carry on working on that tab until you have fulfilled all the mastery levels.
